Find a Cigna DHMO dental provider
Dental plan elections are made annually during open enrollment. Once enrolled, employees may only change plans if they experience a qualifying life event.
Eligibility
Regular full-time employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for dental benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
